Anyone who arrives 15 minutes late to their appointment will be classed as a no show and charged the full treatment cost. 

If for any reason you have not paid a deposit and do not show for your appointment, the full treatment cost will be due. 

If you no show to your appointment and do not pay the full treatment cost, all further appointments booked will be cancelled, and no further bookings will be able to be made without paying.

Every new client will need a patch test at least 48 hours before any treatments using pigment, tint or solutions. No treatment will go ahead without a patch test.
